Be Found Faithful — Q2 2026 Quarterly Report

783 baptisms in a single month in North India. Two new house churches planted in Iran. The Commands of Christ series live in 1,509 prison facilities. And a costly season for our Bible distribution team. The quarter, at a glance.

The quarter at a glance

“From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked” (Luke 12:48). This quarter the numbers kept preaching that verse back to us. Every photo below has been anonymized, and workers are named by first initial only, for the safety of those serving where following Jesus costs everything.

Harvest outreach & Gospel training

Throughout May the team continued across the Kurdish region — sharing the Gospel, conducting training sessions, and building relationships. In one city, more than 5,000 tracts and Bibles went out to receptive hearts. While sharing the Gospel there, the team met a young man genuinely searching for the true God. They encouraged him: “If you seek God with all your heart, you will find Him.” Days later he called to share a dream — he stood trapped inside a yellow circle and could not get out, until a man in white clothes came and took him out. He believed it was Jesus who rescued him. Meanwhile, 25 believers were trained in two languages, and house churches keep gathering across people groups — including in a refugee camp.

Through harvest outreach in Northern Syria, 11 people accepted Jesus Christ in May — of those, 4 were baptized, and seven more are open and seeking. The team conducted four field-training sessions for 13 believers, equipping local Syrian leaders to reach their own people and plant house churches across the region. The Bible schools in the cities of Q— and A— continue to grow and bear fruit, discipling new believers and raising up teachers and evangelists.

The Gospel cannot be stopped

By God's grace, the ministry in Iran continued in May despite ongoing pressure. Training sessions and worship gatherings were held for different groups of believers, both inside Iran and for Iranians outside the country. 50 Bibles were distributed to strengthen and equip believers with God's Word, and two new house churches were planted. Food baskets were also distributed to families in need — God's love in practical ways.

“We thank God for His faithfulness and for all those who continue to pray for and support this ministry — to continue our church meetings and baptism.” — Field report, May 2026

Arrested for the Gospel

One team has been among our most faithful Bible distribution streams inside Iran — reaching unreached villages, equipping house churches with God's Word, and delivering food baskets to persecuted believers. Their courage has cost them dearly. In the last three months, four of our brothers were imprisoned. Three were released on bond after putting their homes up as collateral — they were tortured, beaten, and charged as enemies of the state and enemies of God. Our main Bible distributor is still in prison, and no one has been able to make contact with him.

PLEASE PRAY: One of our key Bible distribution leaders has been arrested by the Iranian regime. He remains in prison. No contact has been made. Three others were released after putting their homes up as collateral.
Prayer:Pray for our Bible distributor still in prison — that God would give him strength and peace, and that the prison walls would shake like they did for Paul and Silas. Pray for the three brothers released, that they would heal and continue boldly.

Praise God for all He is doing throughout the network in India! Four Fields and Foundation trainings took place across five states, a Youth Conference cast vision to the next generation, and house church gatherings continue every week with many giving their lives to Jesus each month. A Leaders and Pastors Accountability Meeting challenged leaders to reach unreached areas and engage unengaged people groups across the state. And in April alone, North India recorded 783 baptisms.

Across Pakistan, 50 people participated in May training sessions covering the Four Fields pattern — equipping believers with practical tools for evangelism, discipleship, and ministry growth, with more than 200 Gospel shares recorded in April. And in Northeastern Nigeria, the team faithfully carried the Gospel from village to village through harvest outreach — and by God's grace, a new house church was established. Every village reached is a step further into the harvest.

The Y family: a Father to the fatherless

The Y family spent a week in Pakistan conducting three trainings with more than 30 Afghan refugees, and in one major city over 50 believers were trained in the Four Fields. In Nepal, they were reunited with the children of the home after three years apart — the team bused 88 children and staff to the capital for a Vacation Bible School, worshipping by day while the older children shared the Gospel in the slums by evening. One church in the slums received food for 60 families whose homes had been destroyed. Then 118 pastors from five states gathered for a three-day church-planting conference. The most powerful moment came unprompted: when local leaders began praying for their Iranian brothers and sisters in prison, every person in the room was on their knees, weeping and crying out to God on their behalf.

The Commands of Christ series was released on prison tablets through the Edovo platform — and in the first 6 days alone, the impact was remarkable: 1,422 engaged learners and 669 total hours of engagement. Among those who completed the study, 423 answered “Yes” to the question, “Did you accept Jesus today?” The course is now live in 1,509 facilities with 150 more in progress.

Prayer:Please continue praying for complete healing and salvation for our sister J., a beloved member of our prison-ministry family battling stage 4 cancer. Pray for the prison ministry to keep growing and for the light of Jesus to shine in the lives of many prisoners.

Thank you — be found faithful

Because of your faithfulness, the Gospel is advancing in the hardest places on earth. Every number in this report is a person — a name God knows even where we can only print an initial. If you want to stand with this work, join the Prayer Movement or give through the Mission Fund. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded — may we all be found faithful.
